About OPOW

The Office of Multi-Sport Complex (OPOW) of Tizi-Ouzou is a public administrative institution responsible for managing sports facilities in the Tizi-Ouzou region.

Our History

OPOW was established by Ministerial Decree No. 01 dated December 30, 1998, and became operational in 2002. Since then, we have been dedicated to providing world-class sports infrastructure to serve athletes, clubs, and the general public.

Management & Governance

OPOW is managed by a Board of Directors established by Decree No. 150 of August 10, 1977. The organization is led by a management team assisted by specialized departments and a dedicated team of workers.
